About Mike (he/him)
Mike Lynch is the founder and principal of MJL Consulting Group. Mike has over 30 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors, holding numerous roles in HR leadership, including at the Executive level. Prior to starting MJL Consulting Group, he spent 25 years at Capital One Financial Corp., where he held a variety of leadership roles including Vice President of HR Business Partnering and Head of International HR, based out of the U.K., where he also served as Chief Diversity Officer. According to Mike's colleagues, his experience in coaching, consulting, and leadership fueled growth, transformation, and success for the organization and its executives.
Mike has been described as a "client whisperer," able to push leaders to see things differently, shift perspectives, and embrace the inevitability of change. The result? The self-awareness, clarity, and empowerment necessary to be an inclusive leader.

The hallmark of MJL Consulting Group is their multi-faceted program, Ally to All-In. Designed by Mike Lynch to fully engage participants in growing their personal and professional commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging.
The individually curated curriculum includes a leadership event/workshop, team coaching, and individual coaching. Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to leverage the lessons and practices of inclusivity necessary to develop an action plan and accountability measures to ensure success and sustainability.
